Organics Category Director, Dole EMEA
As Category Director for Dole Organics in Europe, Ollie collaborates with the team in OTC and other Organic experts in our Dole companies to execute a vision of establishing a category organisation. Their goal is to deliver a core range of organic products for our customers, ensuring these products are produced with the highest levels of organic integrity, as well as guaranteeing consistency of supply and year-round availability.
Sustainability
As part of the CSR Panel, Lennart works closely with key members across Dole EMEA to align and drive sustainability initiatives. Together with marketing, packaging, and QA, he contributes to expanding the GO Organic range, ensuring it meets the highest social and environmental standards. He actively collaborates with others to communicate sustainability efforts and empower consumers to make informed choices.
Marketing
Branca ensures seamless alignment between brand policy and operations, safeguarding the brand DNA. She strengthens the brand both digitally and through in-store promotions, allowing consumers to experience the product range. With a creative approach she consistently drives innovation and impact.
Packaging
Alan leads the Packaging Strategy across Dole EMEA, giving visibility to packaging trends & legislation, driving optimisation & innovation across our portfolio & ensuring that branded packaging is fit for purpose & executed to the highest quality.
Working across all functions & with key suppliers/customers, his aim is to ensure that packaging is a cohesive, considered part of the product range that Dole brings to shelf. He also ensures that our packaging choices contribute towards Dole's ambition for a fully circular future.
Sustainability EMEA
As Sustainability Director DOLE EMEA, Christoffer is responsible for setting and delivering on Doles sustainability strategy for the EMEA region. He has a strong focus on identifying scalable solutions to accelerate sustainability performance, with an emphasis on increasing organic produce, sales, and consumption.
